Shipping Your Order
At Swift Current Broncos, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery. When placing your order, please consider the following:
- Credit card approval for your purchase must be received prior to shipping your order.
- Business hours at Swift Current Broncos are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, not including regular holidays.
- Swift Current Broncos take the utmost care to ensure the accuracy and promptness of your order. We will work to fulfill it within 3-4 business days. Please note that orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Once your item(s) is confirmed to be available and your payment authorized, we ship your item(s) immediately.
- Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include holidays.
- Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery by courier for the majority of communities.
- Canada Post determines shipping charges by both weight and size of container, therefore because of the difficulty of determining the exact shipping cost we charge a flat rate based on the customer location.
- Please provide a street address for courier service as most couriers are unable to deliver to a post office box address.
- We will provide a tracking number when applicable so you can track your shipments progress. (Updated Dec 16, 2020).
- Please be available or have a responsible person available to sign and accept your order during business hours. If a delivery cannot be made, the carrier will provide instructions to receive your order (local warehouse, 2nd attempt, etc.)
- We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. For international inquiries please contact us.
- All clearance items are final sale.

Returning Your Order
We sincerely hope you find what you need at our website and are satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the store for information on returning the item.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Product must be unused, contain original tags and in saleable condition.
- On the back of the invoice or separate document, please indicate your reason for return (wrong size, wrong color, damaged, etc.)
- Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning/exchanging product.
- Please contact us for further guidelines.
- The refund will be processed within a reasonable time-frame and will be issued to the same credit card you used to purchase your order.
Canceling Your Order
At Swift Current Broncos we are committed to fulfilling orders in a very timely manner which means there is very little time for you to cancel. We are committed to responding to an order request within 24 hours.
